Flip Homes

This a/c #aircontitioner unit was found on a flip house. Seller told the new buyer that the a/c had just been installed. It had but it was 6 years old, compressor not working, wrong indoor coil #R22 for this a/c. Not all are like this, but this is why a qualified Home Inspector #homeinspection is important.
